Self-Defense Forces Day Reception 2024

On October 31st, H.E. Mr. Fumio IWAI, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, hosted the Self-Defense Forces Day Reception to celebrate the 70th anniversary of its establishment at his residence.
Those in attendance included H.E. Major General Shallah bin Thaar Al-Salmi, Royal Saudi Land Forces, and other guests from the Saudi government, diplomatic corps and private sector. Ambassador IWAI expressed the gratitude to those who attended for their understanding and support to the Japan's defense policy and the activities of the Self-Defense Forces. The guests and the embassy officials also deepened their friendships.
