Appointment of "Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador" to Mr. SATO Taki, Executive Chef of Japanese restaurant “YOKARI”

March 16, Ambassador Uemura presented a certification of "Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador" to Mr. SATO Taki, Executive Chef of Japanese restaurant “YOKARI”, who has been appointed as "Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador" by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery (MAFF).
"Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador" is assigned to promote Japanese food and its dietary culture in the world, by being engaged in the following activities:
1. Assisting MAFF’s projects for promoting Japanese food and its dietary culture.
2. Providing information on Japanese food and its dietary culture through his own activities.
3. Promoting Japanese food and its dietary culture both in Japan and abroad in such a way as giving advice to those who are engaged in Japanese cuisine from a perspective of its professional.
"Japanese Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador" is assigned to promote Japanese food and its dietary culture in the world, by being engaged in the following activities:
