Notice for visitors to consular section (Appointment is required)
From Sunday 13 March 2022, Consular Section of Embassy of Japan in Saudi Arabia will be resuming normal service hours, but access to visitors is by appointment only. We kindly ask you to make an appointment by phone or email prior to visiting.
Consular section Opening hours:
Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 to 12:30, 13:15 to 15:15 (During Ramadan 9:00 to 13:30）
・Submit visa application 8:30 to 12:00 (During Ramadan 9:00 to 13:30）
・Pick up passport and visa 13:15 to 15:15 (During Ramadan 9:00 to 13:30）
