Ambassador's message of condolence following the passing away of HRH Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz
I was deeply saddened by the loss of HRH Prince Sattam bin Abddulaziz, Governor of Riyadh. I would like to express my deepest condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al Saud, HRH Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to the Royal Family and the Saudi People.
HRH Prince Sattam, with his wise guidance and dedication to fulfilling his responsibility, made great contributions to the development of Riyadh, one of the most important capitals in the Middle East.
HRH had cordial relationship with the members of the Imperial Family of Japan and was very keen to foster close friendship between the two countries.
His generous heart was shown when a delegation from devastated area of Japan which was affected by Tsunami in March 2011 visited Kingdom. HRH Prince Sattam received in his office the delegation and encouraged the people with his heartworm messages.
May his soul rest in Peace.
